Can I claim these products from my medical aid?
No. All products purchased or rented through Stride Mobility are out-of-pocket and cannot be claimed.
When do I pay?
You will receive an invoice after submitting your order form. Payment must be made before delivery or collection.
What if I need the KneeStrider for longer than planned?
WhatsApp us with your new return date. We'll extend the rental and send a revised invoice.
Can I use a KneeStrider if I've had knee surgery?
No. Patients with prior knee surgery should use crutches instead.
Where do I collect my equipment?
MR Suite 4, Wilgers Hospital. Bundles are available on the day of surgery or discharge. KneeStriders are delivered to your ward.
Can I use crutches and a KneeStrider together?
Yes, crutches can be used alongside a KneeStrider.
Can I return a product I've already used?
No. Products that have been tried on or used cannot be returned or refunded.
